We start by understanding your need. No fee for the initial consultation and no obligation to commission further work.

Before work begins, we agree the task, deliverables, evidence format, exclusions, timing and service fee.

The agreed procurement service fee is payable after the agreed service deliverables have been provided and reviewed under the agreed terms.

We do not add undisclosed margins to supplier product prices. Our service fees are stated separately.

We do not accept any supplier kickbacks, rebates or commissions, whether disclosed or undisclosed. Recommendations follow your sourcing requirements.

Buyers normally pay suppliers directly for goods. Supplier payments and procurement service fees remain separate.

Evidence & Report
You receive the agreed evidence and report, including findings, limits and unresolved questions.
Review & Payment
Review the delivered work against the agreed scope, raise any gaps and pay the agreed procurement service fee after delivery.
