Are you the product seller?
We provide sourcing and on-the-ground execution services. Buyers normally pay suppliers directly. We do not hold product inventory or earn through undisclosed markups.
How are your services priced?
Initial consultation is free. Scope, deliverables and fees are agreed before work starts. The agreed procurement service fee is paid after delivery and review under the agreed terms. Samples, specialist testing, freight and other third-party costs require prior confirmation and may need advance payment. You have no obligation to purchase supplier goods.
Are the catalog products in stock?
The current catalog contains sourcing references. It is not a verified supplier offer, live inventory or a promised price. Availability, specifications and MOQ must be checked for your request.
Can you help with small orders?
We can ask suppliers about lower MOQ and sample options. The result depends on the product, customization and supplier; there is no universal minimum.
Can you certify product quality or handle customs yourselves?
We can document observations and coordinate qualified laboratories, inspectors, freight forwarders or customs specialists. We do not claim testing, audit, customs brokerage or travel-agency licenses.
Do suppliers pay you to recommend them?
No supplier kickbacks. Our separate marketing services for Chinese businesses do not buy favorable sourcing recommendations. Financial arrangements and purchasing decisions remain independent.
What should I send first?
A product link or reference, destination country, quantity and the details that matter: dimensions, material, finish, packaging and compliance requirements. A budget is optional.
