What we collect
When receiving is enabled, the inquiry form records your name, email, country, category, quantity, optional budget, reference links, product requirements and message. If you came from a product, its ID and page link are included.
How we use it
We use your information to assess and respond to your sourcing request and carry out services you agree to. Inquiry details, customer designs, supplier contacts and confidential quotes are not published in the product catalog.
Storage and access
Requests are saved on the server, outside the public website files. Only the authorized receiving operator should access them. No account is required. This V1 does not upload reference files or use advertising trackers.
Sharing and retention
We request agreement before sharing confidential details with suppliers or specialist providers. Keep initial messages to the information needed to assess your request. You can ask about access, correction or deletion through the confirmed contact channel listed on the contact page.
Receiving is disabled until an operator and production storage are configured. The final retention period and responsible legal entity must be confirmed before launch.
